Our Board of Trustees provides strategic leadership and governance for Career Moves Trust. Led by Michael Delaney, the board includes dedicated members with backgrounds in disability support, finance, marketing and community wellbeing. Together, they ensure our organisation remains focused on empowering people through meaningful employment.

- Secretary: David Stone – Maintains records and meeting minutes.
- Sharonn Pirie – Operational business advisor, health & disability specialist, careers training and employment consulting
- Kim Cable – Brings business and marketing insight.
- Emma Farrant – Focuses on client representation and lived experience.
- Quartney Hutt – General Manager, Oversees the strategic direction and daily management of Career Moves Trust, ensuring our services create real impact.
Our Objective: The primary objectives of the trust are to enhance the lives of people who face barriers into employment.
