What is Supported Employment
We support people into employment who have a disability, a permanent injury or face challenges to gaining employment
- Job seeking
- CV preparation
- Support in the journey
- Support in accessing other community services
How we work with you in the programme:
We work with you on an individual basis, we work with you to develop a career plan that targets your goals into an action plan, we do this by :
- Understanding your situation
- Develop a CV to promote you to employers
- Interview preparation coaching and support
- Work with employers to understand their needs and match your skills to suit the employers needs
- Post-employment support with starting your new job and ongoing work to support both you and the employer with this new relationship
- Regular one on one meetings
- Ongoing support as long as you need it
You are eligible for supported employment if:
- You have disability or permanent injury
- Meet The funding criteria of Ministry of Social Development (MSD)
- Simply fill out a referral form and we will handle the rest
- Don’t meet the criteria no problem all of our services are available for purchase.
